Enjoy an afternoon in nature and explore the benefits of “soaking” within the old-growth forest of Otto Nature Preserve. Forest bathing is an evidence-based method for natural stress relief and an opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and be rejuvenated. The event will be led by Katie Venechuk, founder of In Your Element Wellness and a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, who will incorportate guided meditation into the experience. Space will be limited to 15 participants. The fee for the program is $15 and pre-registration is required.
