Scheduled during peak migration, we will focus on warblers, sometimes challenging to identify because they are small and quick, but are worth the effort because it is only once a year that we get to see these beauties in their brightly-colored breeding plumage. We will be exploring trails along the White River as well as areas where the U.S. Forest Service is implementing savanna restoration. Plan to meet at the parking lot at the end of the paved road (as described in our Birding Guide to Oceana County) near the campground. Please note that there is a day-use fee and you will need cash.
