Oceana Conservation District is coordinating three recycling drop off events in 2018: in June, August and October. Farmers can drop off clean, dry pesticide jugs between 8 and 10 am at Wilbur Ellis in Hart. Plastic containers will be collected on-site and transported to a recycling center.

Requirements:

• HDPE plastic #2 or 7

• 55 gallons or smaller

• Triple-rinsed and dry

• Caps removed (rinse and put in bags with jugs but not on them)

• Booklets removed

• Bagged (get bags from Conservation District, Helena, North-Central or Wilbur Ellis) OR Tie together with twine through handles
