If you are interested in creating a backyard orchard, or would like guidelines on how to care for fruit trees, you won’t want to miss this workshop presented by David Jones, MSU Extension Tree Fruit Educator! Jones will share information on which varieties require less maintenance than commercially-grown varieties and are resistant to scab, rust, blight, and mildew. Our 2020 Tree Sale is underway and you can order most of the recommended varieties! Jones will also provide recommendations on care and maintenance, including a pruning plan.
